Quaquaval Moveset in Pokémon GO

Quaquaval is a Water/Fighting type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. In Pokémon GO, it has the following recommended moveset:

Fast Move: Waterfall is the recommended Fast Move for Quaquaval. This Water-type move provides decent damage and energy generation, allowing Quaquaval to charge its Charged Moves quickly.

Charged Moves:

• Close Combat is a powerful Fighting-type Charged Move that deals high damage but lowers Quaquaval's Defense. This move synergizes well with Quaquaval's Water/Fighting typing.
• Surf is a reliable Water-type Charged Move that provides coverage against Fire, Rock, and Ground-type opponents.

This moveset gives Quaquaval a good balance of Water and Fighting-type attacks, allowing it to be an effective counter against a variety of Pokémon in Pokémon GO. The combination of Waterfall, Close Combat, and Surf provides both offensive power and type coverage.

Is Quaquaval any Good in Pokemon Go?

Quaquaval isn’t a spectacular performer PvP. However, thanks to its unique moveset and rare typing, it could fill a gap in your team. It’s a decent water type for PvE fights and can be used to take down Fire, Ground, and Rock-type Raids. However, there are several other options outperform it.

If you’re desperate for a strong Water-type Pokémon for PvE battles, Quaquaval could fill that hole. However, it’s certainly not the best option available to you.
